Tamera Hylton is senior vice president, deputy general counsel and chief ethics officer for The E.W. Scripps Company.
As chief ethics officer, Tamera oversees the company’s Code of Conduct and other ethics programs. She also oversees the team that handles matters relating to programming, network distribution, labor and employment, ad sales and marketing and promotions.
Tamera, a Harvard Law School graduate, has been with Scripps since August 2019 and previously served as deputy general counsel, head of legal for Scripps Networks.
Prior to joining Scripps, Hylton was assistant general counsel for WarnerMedia, where she led legal strategy and execution for content acquisitions and commercialization.
