Tamera Hylton is senior vice president, deputy general counsel and chief ethics officer for The E.W. Scripps Company.
As chief ethics officer, Tamera oversees the company’s Code of Conduct and other ethics programs. She also oversees the legal teams that handle matters relating to programming, network distribution, labor and employment, ad sales and marketing and promotions.
Tamera, a Harvard Law School graduate, has been with Scripps since August 2019 and previously served as general counsel, head of legal for Scripps Networks.
Prior to joining Scripps, Hylton was assistant general counsel for WarnerMedia (now Warner Bros. Discovery), where she led legal strategy, execution and commercialization for content acquisitions.
