Robin Davis, 50, is vice president of strategy and corporate development for The E.W. Scripps Company.
Prior to this role, Robin had served as the vice president of finance and development and the newspaper division’s vice president of finance and administration before that. She joined Scripps in 2005 as the newspaper division’s controller.
Before joining Scripps, she was the vice president and CFO of Pulitzer Newspapers in St. Louis, where she was responsible for finance and human resources and oversaw the operation of two newspapers. She was also responsible for the execution of more than 20 acquisitions and/or divestitures.
Robin worked for two years as manager of financial reporting for Sigma-Aldrich Corporation prior to joining Pulitzer. From 1991 to 1995, she was in the St. Louis office of the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche.
A certified public accountant, Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Louis University. She is a past board member of the Inland Press Association, the Inland Press Foundation, the International FOP Association, 4C for Children and Pioneer News Group.
Robin serves on the Advisory Council of GreenLight Fund Cincinnati and the Scripps Howard Foundation.
