Scripps appoints Larry Forsgren VP/GM and Director of Sales of KMTV in Omaha, Nebraska

CINCINNATI — Larry Forsgren has been promoted to a combined role of vice president, general manager and director of sales for KMTV 3 News Now in Omaha, Nebraska, effective immediately.

Forsgren is an industry veteran who has been with KMTV since 2016 as its director of sales. He has a deep background in sales and management at stations across the country. Prior to Scripps, Forsgren was the director of sales for WMBD/WYZZ in Peoria, Illinois; general manager and director of sales at WMSN in Madison, Wisconsin, and KNDU/KNDO in Yakima, Washington; and local sales manager at KETV in Omaha, Nebraska.

Forsgren earned his bachelor of science degree in marketing and distributive education from the University of Nebraska.
